RealtyBid

Welcome Agents

Real estate agents are the backbone of RealtyBid.com’s success. Our site serves as a valuable complement to traditional real estate sales techniques for agents looking to give their properties that extra edge in today’s real estate market. As sellers and buyers become more and more comfortable doing business over the Internet, agents are looking to RealtyBid.com as a technology solution for their slower moving listings. Simply put, RealtyBid.com uses online bidding as a way to sell properties faster.

Every property offered for auction on RealtyBid.com must be affiliated with a listing agent; no “For Sale By Owner” properties are accepted. At RealtyBid.com, we emphasize that it is NOT our goal to disrupt the real estate community; it is our goal to strengthen it by offering real estate agents and sellers an alternate form of marketing—a tool to add to their sales arsenal. Please click here to view our Agent Orientation Video to become more familiar with how our program works.

RealtyBid.com is easy for agents to use. However, in order to carry out any selling or bidding actions on RealtyBid.com, you must first register as an agent on RealtyBid.com and create an Agent Login and Password. Click here to register.

**Please note that if you are a real estate agent representing an REO property and were registered automatically and issued an Agent Login and Password, you can also offer other properties on RealtyBid.com by simply logging in and following the steps for adding a property.

As a real estate agent using RealtyBid.com, you can:

Adding a property to RealtyBid.com costs just $100, and agents are able to choose each property’s auction start date and can select either a 7-day, 14-day or 21-day auction duration. At the end of an auction, if the property’s reserve price has not been met, the property will enter into the Post Auction process, and bidders will have an opportunity to continue to make offers to purchase the property.

Bid on a Property for a Customer, Another Agent or YourselfClick here to view our quick-loading, step-by-step instructional video that explains how to bid on a property or click here to read our site’s “How To Bid” guide. While most bidders on our site use the “Place Bid” button on a property’s Bid Page to place a bid, as an agent, you will use the “Agent Place Bid” button. To bid for your customer or for another agent, you’ll need to register yourself as an agent on the website, and then register the customer or buyer agent for whom you are placing the bid. You will need contact information, including email addresses, for all parties involved. As the agent for a bidder, you’ll receive all email communications and updates. Once you register your customer on the website, you can place additional bids at any time without having to re-enter any data for him.

We hope our system allows you to better serve your clients and customers, while providing a level playing field for all parties.  Fairness in the real estate transaction is our goal … always.

At RealtyBid.com, we truly value real estate agents and their input. We are constantly refining and upgrading our program to better assist real estate agents nationwide, so your feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your continued support and interest in RealtyBid.com.
