Tiki Island Treasures Terms and Conditions:

The Online Bidding Event shall be available to registered bidders only. The bidding process shall commence on Tuesday July 13th at 5:00 p.m. CDT, and end on Thursday, July 15th at 7:00 p.m. CDT.

Winning bidders shall be required to deliver an executed One to Four Family Residential Contract and a three percent earnest money payment on or before Saturday, July 17th, 2010. Closing will take place within 30 days of a fully executed contract.

The homes will be offered in an “as is, where is” condition. The purchase will be an all cash transaction, with no financing contingency.

All properties offered on RBI's website are offered subject to the Sellers' approval of the price and final terms and conditions. Each home is offered with a reserve price. The reserve price is the seller’s minimum acceptable price for the property to sell. The sellers participating in this event are very motivated and therefore the reserve prices are aggressively discounted from the List Price.
